Roundwood Labour is a growing construction labour hire company supplying quality labour and skilled tradespeople to civil, commercial and residential construction projects across NSW, VIC, QLD and SA.
We pride ourselves on delivering exceptional service to both our clients and workforce. As we continue to grow, we're looking for an organised, proactive Recruitment Resourcer to join our team.
About the Role
This is a quick-paced role where you'll play a key part in sourcing, screening and mobilising quality candidates for construction projects. You'll work closely with our recruitment team to ensure clients receive the right workers, on time, every time. This role allows you to work from home as well as get out on site to meet our workforce and clients. Experience working in the construction and or labour hire industry is highly regarded.
Key Responsibilities
- Source candidates through SEEK, social media, referrals and recruitment databases.
- Screen applicants via phone and video interviews.
- Conduct reference checks and verify licences and qualifications.
- Conduct site visits to meet our workforce, clients, drop PPE
- Post job ads on SEEK, Social media and other mediums.
- Coordinate onboarding and compliance documentation.
- Match candidates to suitable job opportunities.
- Maintain accurate candidate records within our recruitment system.
- Keep regular contact with candidates to build long-term relationships.
- Assist with job advertising and recruitment marketing.
Essential
- Previous experience in recruitment, talent acquisition or recruitment administration.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Drivers Licence
- Ability to manage multiple vacancies simultaneously.
- Proficient in Microsoft Word, Outlook and other Microsoft Office applications.
- Experience using CRM and/or Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).
- A positive, team-focused attitude.
Highly Regarded
- Previous labour hire recruitment or construction recruitment experience.
- Experience recruiting blue-collar personnel.
- Knowledge of construction tickets and licences.
- Third level degree
