MG Motor is looking for a dynamic Regional Business Manager (Eastern Region) to drive sales, profitability, and customer experience excellence across an assigned dealership network.

Key Responsibilities Business Leadership

Deliver sales, profitability, and customer experience targets across assigned dealerships.

Align dealer operations with national business objectives through strategic guidance and tactical support.

Contribute to regional campaigns to grow market share and brand presence. Reporting & Performance Management

Prepare weekly regional performance reports (including WoW summaries).

Oversee daily order intake reporting and monthly dealer forecast submissions (target variance +/-10%).

Analyse enquiries, test drives, and order intake to identify performance gaps and opportunities.

Monitor competitor activity and provide actionable market insights.

Manage Dealer LAM plans and visitation reports, maintaining accurate CRM records.

Engagement

Build strong relationships with Dealer Principals and management teams.

Act as the primary contact for dealership support, resolving operational, stock,



and logistics queries.

Conduct regular dealer visits, delivering structured feedback and performance improvement plans. Role Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Commerce, Automotive Engineering, or related field (postgraduate qualification advantageous).

Minimum 5 years’ experience in automotive sales, business development, or dealer network management.

Demonstrated ability to drive regional sales growth and commercial performance.

Strong analytical skills with advanced Microsoft Office proficiency.

Excellent stakeholder engagement, negotiation, and influencing capability.

Highly organised, self-motivated, and strategically minded with practical problem-solving ability.
