Outside School Hours Care (OSHC) - Educators - Toowoomba

TeamKids is a premium provider of OSHC across Australia. We provide opportunities for career progression, on‑job coaching, in‑house training, and maximise earnings.

About the Role

This is a casual educator position where no two days are the same. You will work closely with a supportive team across multiple services in the Toowoomba area, gaining valuable experience in OSHC.

Shift Details

- 7:00 am–9:00 am (Before School Care)
- 2:30 pm–6:30 pm (After School Care)
- 6–8 hour shifts during school holidays

About You

- Preferably has experience in Before and After School Care or education (not essential)
- Passionate about working with children and seeing them thrive
- Team player, fun, involved, ready to jump in




- Confident communicator with children, parents and colleagues

Requirements

- Working with Children check relevant to your state (WWCC, WWVP, Blue card, VIT)
- Preferably holds a Cert III or Diploma in an ACECQA approved course, or working towards it
- Mandatory National Child Safety Training through Geccko before commencing employment
