Serco is looking for a Principal Warfare Officer Instructor to join the Navigation and Synthetic Warfare Training team at HMAS Watson. Deliver high‑quality warfare training that supports the Royal Australian Navy’s operational capability.
Under direction of the PWO Lead Instructor, you will deliver simulator‑based and classroom training, maintain courseware, and mentor future warfare leaders while contributing to the Bridge and Combat System faculties during high‑tempo periods.
