The Role

We're looking for a Mid-Senior Motion Graphic Designer to join our team.

Working under the direction of the Motion Graphic Design Lead, you'll animate motion content across social, digital, presentations and brand campaigns. You'll have solid creative input, helping shape visual storytelling, motion style and execution across a wide range of projects.

This role is based in our Rosebery office in Sydney, with hybrid flexibility for the right candidate.

What You'll Be Doing

- Design and animate motion graphics for promotions, signage, social content, presentations and explainer videos
- Develop storyboards to plan animation, pacing and visual narratives
- Interpret creative briefs and translate them into strong motion concepts
- Create engaging animations that bring brand stories and messages to life
- Collaborate closely with graphic designers,



video editors, marketing teams and clients
- Apply strong animation principles, timing and pacing to elevate storytelling
- Refine and finalize deliverables based on feedback and client needs

What You'll Bring

- 3+ years' experience in motion graphic design or animation
- Advanced proficiency in After Effects
- Strong working knowledge of the Adobe Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign)
- Ability to work independently, manage time effectively and meet deadlines
- Clear, reliable and professional communication skills
- Experience with 3D animation is a plus
- AI tools or workflow experience is a plus (eg. AI-assisted design, animation or ideation)
