About your next role
As the Payroll & HR Admin Support, you will play a crucial part in bridging payroll, HR, and recruitment operations to ensure seamless, accurate, and timely people processes across the organisation.
- Deliver key payroll activities and coordinate cycles in line with system operational directions
- Provide reliable leave coverage for the Payroll & Compliance Support Coordinator
- Managing email inbox, responding to team member and external administration queries within professional time frames
- Organise end-to-end relocations for new starters in close liaison with the Recruitment Team
- Audit and manage essential compliance qualifications, working licenses, and employee files within internal databases
- Deliver core financial tasks, including raising purchase orders, invoice receipting, and compiling month-end data
- Support induction and onboarding activities, and drive internal promotions, perks, and recruitment marketing campaigns via social media platforms
What we look for
You are a highly organised, detail-oriented professional with a strong collaborative mindset who can handle strict confidentiality and shifting priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Possess 2-3 years of payroll experience, ideally paired with 1-2 years of experience in an HR or recruitment support role
- Experienced working with multiple awards e.g modern awards including award interpretation
- Strong intermediate skills across the Microsoft Office suite, recruitment databases, and electronic systems
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, allowing you to interact professionally with diverse corporate and regional stakeholders
- Excellent time management skills with a proven capacity to meet tight cyclical deadlines
- High-level attention to detail and accuracy when inputting data or evaluating compliance files
