New Premium Pay Rates:
- EN's: ? $51.75 - $108 per hour
- RN's: ? $54 - $154 per hour
Responsibilities
- Clinical Care: Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate individualized nursing care in line with best practice and professional standards.
- Medication Management: Administer medications safely and accurately, ensuring proper documentation and compliance with all policies.
- Health Monitoring: Observe, record, and report changes in residents’ health status to the supervising RN or care team.
- Wound Care: Provide and monitor wound management for residents with minor wounds.
- Collaboration: Work closely with the multidisciplinary team to deliver person-centered, holistic care.
- Documentation: Maintain accurate and timely clinical records in accordance with regulatory and facility requirements.
- Ethical Practice: Uphold the Nursing Code of Ethics and comply with the standards set by the Nursing Board of Australia.
- Emotional Support:
Provide compassion and emotional reassurance to residents and their families.
- Personal Care: Assist residents with daily living activities, including showering, grooming, and mobility support, while ensuring dignity and comfort.
To Be Eligible, You Must Have
- Current AHPRA registration
- Minimum 3 months of local nursing experience
- Manual Handling and CPR/BLS certifications
- Australian working rights
- Valid Police Check
- NDIS Workers Screening Check (or application ID from Services Vic)
- 2026 Flu Vaccination record
- COVID-19 vaccination record
- Positive attitude and commitment to delivering exceptional care
