Established in 2007, Australian Visa Group is long standing and well established migration agency based in Perth, Western Australia. We specialise in employer sponsored, skilled and family migration. We are looking for a dynamic and customer-focused superstar to deliver superior customer service and support to our business operations. The position will work directly under the supervision of our Principal Migration Agent who has over 25 years’ industry experience.

Role Overview Managing approximately 5 - 13 new applications per month. Providing exceptional customer service, administrative support and business development to ensure a seamless client experience. This multifaceted role combines answering incoming calls, visa and sponsorship application management and marketing tasks. The ideal candidate will be friendly, positive, proactive, and have excellent communication skills.

Key Responsibilities Client File and Application Management: Assist with preparing and lodging a wide variety of visa and sponsorship applications.

Manage all client data, applications and casework, ensuring accuracy and compliance.

Upload applications to ImmiAccount for the Senior Migration Agent to review.

Upload supporting evidence to ImmiAccount for the Senior Migration Agent to review.

Review client applications for accuracy and completeness.

Manage passport and address changes,



Bridging Visa B applications, RFI requests for further information, apply for police clearances and issue medical referral letters, issue grant notices and schedule deadline and follow up file notes.

Perform data entry to maintain up-to-date client records.

Review supporting evidence and provide feedback to clients.

Customer Service and Reception: Deliver superior customer service.

Answer incoming phone calls professionally, addressing client inquiries or booking consultations with the Senior Migration Agent.

Filter new inquiries to identify those suitable for our services and book initial consultations accordingly.

Respond to existing client inquiries via email with professionalism and warmth.

Document Preparation

Prepare engagement contracts, quotes, letters, and deposit requests.

Use Adobe tools to split, merge, combine, redact and reduce file size.

Calendar Management: Schedule tasks, set reminders and allocate appointments.

Ensure productive time management and prioritisation of critical deadlines.

Business Development

Follow up with existing and past clients for subsequent visa applications and additional migration services.





Manage and follow up on web leads received via the company website to convert inquiries into paid consultations.

Marketing: Write blog posts to engage clients, improve SEO and promote Australian Visa Group's services.

Create and distribute email newsletters and marketing campaigns.

Meeting Support

Attend online meetings with clients and the Senior Migration Agent, ensuring follow-up tasks are allocated and tracked.

Essential Skills and Qualifications: Current registration as a Migration Agent (MARN).

1 – 3 years’ experience in an administrative or registered migration agent role within an Australian migration agency.

Experience managing applications across the skilled, employer sponsored and family migration streams.

Experience using Migration Manager.

Superior English with excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Excellent presentation for online Zoom meetings.

Exceptional customer service skills with a friendly, positive and proactive attitude.

Strong organisational and time-management skills with meticulous attention to detail.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and general computer literacy.

Experience using Adobe tools for document preparation.

Working Conditions A company desktop computer will be provided for work purposes.

Reliable internet connection and a dedicated, quiet, uninterrupted home office setup are required.

Working hours are 9am – 5.30pm WST Limited overtime and flexible hours, if needed
