About the Role In this fast-paced and collaborative environment, you’ll deliver patient-centred care in a non-traditional setting—leveraging telehealth and digital case management systems to provide critical support when it matters most.

Key responsibilities include

Providing telephonic clinical advice to travellers experiencing health concerns abroad

Managing end-to-end medical assistance cases, including assessing reports and coordinating care globally

Collaborating with multidisciplinary and non-clinical teams to ensure seamless service delivery

Contributing to continuous improvement and digitally enabled workflows What You’ll Bring

Current AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse

Minimum 2 years Emergency Department experience

Advanced Life Support certification (ACLS, TNCC, ENPC, APLS highly regarded)

Strong clinical judgement with the ability to adapt in a fast-moving, technology-enabled environment

Professional and empathetic telephone communication style

Excellent written communication and documentation skills

Ability to work rotating shifts, including nights and weekends
