What You’ll Do Lead and develop a high‑performing clinical and care team
Ensure safe, person‑centred, compliant care every day
Support the clinical governance, documentation, AN‑ACC,
Support Better Together® and occupancy outcomes About You RN with current AHPRA registration
Knowledge of AN‑ACC, NQIP, ACQSC
Residential Aged Care leadership experience
Strong communication and coaching capability
