Key responsibilities include





- Providing clinical leadership and oversight to care teams - Supervising Enrolled Nurses, Team Leaders, and Care Service Employees - Supporting best practice in line with aged care legislation and quality standards - Promoting clinical excellence and contributing to continuous improvementn
- Supporting a respectful, resident-focused, and team-based care environment About you You are a compassionate and capable Registered Nurse who brings solid clinical judgement, professionalism, and a collaborative approach to care. To be successful, you will have:
- Current AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse - At least 12 months’ experience in residential aged care - Sound understanding of the Aged Care Quality Standards and accreditation requirements - Flexibility to work across a full rotating roster - Current Australian driver’s licence and access to a registered and insured vehicle Eligibility - Applicants must be currently residing in Australia with full working rights, as sponsorship is not available for this position.
