About the Role
As a valued member of the Talent Quarter team, you will:
- Deliver protected, high-quality nursing care to aged care residents.
- Conduct clinical assessments and monitor residents' health.
- Administer medications in accordance with legislative and organisational requirements.
- Maintain accurate clinical documentation.
- Work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams.
- Respond confidently and professionally to clinical changes and emergencies.
- Provide compassionate, person-centred care to residents and their families.
What You'll Need
- Current AHPRA Registration as a Registered Nurse or Enrolled Nurse.
- Minimum 6 months' recent experience working within Australian aged care.
- Current NDIS Worker Screening Check (or willingness to obtain).
- Current National Police Check.
- Evidence of up-to-date vaccinations as required by our clients.
- Full Australian working rights.
- Excellent communication skills and a genuine passion for aged care.
