Key Responsibilities
- Administer immunizations, spirometry, and wound care
- Support patients with chronic disease management and health assessments
- Work closely with doctors, allied health professionals, and administrative teams to coordinate patient care
- Assist with eHealth uploads and digital record-keeping
- Contribute to accreditation, PDSA, and quality improvement activities
About You:
- AHPRA registration (mandatory)
- Interest in primary health care and chronic disease management
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Excellent organizational, time management, and critical thinking abilities
- Both experienced nurses and new graduates are encouraged to apply
