Oral Health Cowra About the role This is a new role, suitable for a dentist with some clinical experience looking for a career opportunity in leading clinical service provision in a small regional centre, including mentoring of junior clinicians and supervision of students. Working hours

- Monday
- Friday (9 day fortnight
- 76 hours per fortnight)
- DORIS and the Dental Officer Management Allowance Level 2 applies to this position.

The Oral Health Service in Western NSW Local Health District has a supportive and friendly culture. The clinical team includes Dental Officers, Oral Health Therapists, Dental Assistants a Specialist Oral Surgeon and visiting specialists. The Cowra Community Dental Clinic is a modern 5 chair dental clinic in the new Mudgee Health Service.

The position will also service other surrounding outreach locations including Grenfell. The Cowra Community Dental Clinic provides both urgent and comprehensive oral health care to eligible children and this role will expand that service provision to adults. Treatment under general anaesthetic services is also provided at Cowra Health Service.
