Role Description

This is a full-time, in office Landscaper role based in Ballina, NSW. The Landscaper will carry out day-to-day tasks including garden maintenance, lawn mowing, trimming, pruning, mulching, and general yard clean-up. The role involves assisting with landscape installations, such as planting, turf laying, constructing garden beds, and supporting minor hardscaping work as required. The Landscaper will help set up and maintain irrigation systems, follow landscape plans, and ensure all work aligns with safety guidelines and quality standards. The position requires regular interaction with clients on-site,



working as part of a small team to deliver reliable, high-quality outdoor services.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess skills in Landscape Maintenance and Landscaping to manage gardens, lawns, and outdoor areas to a high standard.
- Candidates should possess skills in Gardening, including planting, pruning, weed control, and seasonal garden care.
- Candidates should possess skills in Irrigation to assist with installing, adjusting, and maintaining watering systems.
- Candidates should possess skills in Landscape Design or the ability to interpret landscape plans and contribute practical ideas to improve outdoor spaces.
- Relevant experience in residential or commercial landscaping, gardening, or groundskeeping is highly beneficial.
- Ability to perform physical work outdoors in varying weather conditions and safely use landscaping tools and equipment.
- Strong attention to detail, time management, and reliability, with a focus on customer satisfaction and teamwork.
- A valid driver’s license and reliable transport; horticulture or landscaping qualifications or certifications are an advantage.
