THE ROLE

This is an opportunity to lead the delivery of paid social and programmatic campaigns across a portfolio of high-profile clients while helping shape broader digital strategy.

You’ll oversee campaign planning, activation, optimisation and reporting across platforms including Meta, DV360 and CM360, ensuring campaigns deliver against both brand and performance objectives.

Alongside client management responsibilities, you’ll mentor junior team members, contribute to agency innovation initiatives,



and work closely with internal teams and media partners to drive best‑practice outcomes.

This role suits someone who enjoys combining hands‑on channel expertise with strategic thinking, client leadership and team development.

WHAT YOU’LL NEED

- 5+ years’ experience in Paid Social and/or Programmatic
- Previous agency experience
- Solid client relationship and stakeholder management skills
- Experience developing and delivering digital media strategies
- Hands‑on expertise across Meta Ads, DV360 and CM360
- Strong understanding of both brand and performance marketing
- Experience mentoring or leading team members
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Proactive, solutions‑focused mindset
