Officeworks Ltd is seeking an experienced CRM Manager for a 12-month fixed-term contract based at Chadstone, VIC. You will lead strategy, execution and optimisation of the CRM program, using data, technology and customer insights to create personalised campaigns that grow value and retention.

You will work closely with Marketing, Commercial, Digital and Analytics to evolve communications, campaign performance and automation.
