We offer full-time or part-time opportunities (Monday to Friday), with part-time hours able to be worked across five weekdays. Following your initial training period, you'll also have the flexibility to work in a hybrid environment.

About The Role Respond to inbound phone and website enquiries from prospective residents and their families.

Provide a warm, professional and empathetic customer experience.

Guide callers through the enquiry process

Support the Sales and Marketing teams with administrative tasks.

Maintain accurate customer records in our CRM.

Work collaboratively within a small, supportive team to achieve the best outcomes for our customers.

About You You bring: A genuine passion for helping people.

Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.





Robust administration and computer skills.

Great organisation and attention to detail.

A positive, collaborative approach and willingness to learn.

Experience in customer service, contact centres, hospitality, healthcare or sales will be highly regarded.
