The Research

Associate / Market Research Analyst collaborates with internal stakeholders to identify research needs, validate assumptions, and recommend strategies that align with client objectives and DEN Properties’ positioning.

Qualifications

Candidates should possess strong Market Research and Market Analysis skills to gather, interpret, and synthesize real estate and economic data.





Candidates should possess robust Analytical Skills to identify trends, draw meaningful insights, and support data-driven recommendations.

Candidates should possess effective Communication and Presentation skills to translate complex findings into transparent, actionable narratives.

Familiarity with real estate markets, particularly residential or lifestyle-focused properties, is beneficial.

Proficiency with spreadsheets, data visualization tools, or business intelligence platforms is preferred.

Ability to work independently in a remote setting, manage multiple tasks, and meet deadlines consistently.

Relevant education in Economics, Business, Statistics, Real Estate, or a related field is advantageous, or equivalent practical experience.
