With two primary locations in Joondalup and Nedlands, Linear conducts a broad range of clinical trials across cancer, early phase, and general medicine.
This full-time role is primarily based in our Joondalup Early Phase Unit and involves a rotating roster across morning, afternoon and night shifts, with occasional weekend work.

As a Research Nurse in our Joondalup Early Phase Unit, you'll combine your clinical nursing skills with the exciting world of medical research. You'll care for healthy volunteers participating in clinical trials, perform study-related procedures, administer investigational treatments, and work closely with our doctors and research teams to ensure every study is delivered safely and successfully.
On a daily basis, you will be carrying out the following duties;
- Work as part of a multi-disciplinary team to deliver study specific, clinical trial treatments and drug administration to patients as per legislative requirements and company policy.
- Liaise with Senior Research Nurses, Research Physicians and study teams to develop study specific task pads and assist with allocating resources as required throughout the clinic.
- Work across multiple digital platforms to collect, record and review patient data, records and complete required study documentation.
- Support junior team members and contribute to a positive team culture!
Your Experience To really success in this role you must have great attention to detail, be driven by excellence,
have a ‘can-do’ attitude and be able to adhere to processes. You will be diligent, adaptive, use your initiative, and enjoy a challenge.
Successful candidates must also meet the following requirements:
- Currently registered with AHPRA (with no restrictions)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- A high level of organisation, ability to multi-task and attention to detail with excellent time management
- A proactive, adaptable, and patient-focused approach to your work
- Good computer literacy. Experience in using Google Apps, Word and Excel.
