Brainstorming Sponge: Sit in on creative sessions, contribute "wildcard" ideas, and learn how a real agency breathes.

Drafting & Tweaking: You’ll be the king/ queen of first drafts. You’ll write, get feedback, rewrite, and get better every single day.

The Hustle: Show up with ideas, stay curious, and never be afraid to ask, "Wait, why are we doing it this way?" Are You The One?
