Innercity Property Agents is seeking a dynamic and organised Residential & Commercial Leasing executive to join our team on a full-time basis. Based in Darlinghurst, NSW, this is a unique hybrid role that combines property administration expertise with executive support functions. You will be instrumental in working in both our residential and commercial leasing operations whilst providing essential administrative support to our Director, ensuring smooth and efficient day-to-day operations across the business.

The Role

- This is an on-site role—remote work is not available
- Role includes Saturday work (roster day off during the week)
- Work closely with the property management team & listing principal
- Attend to rental open homes
- Assist in listing and preparing all marketing materials
- Liaise with residential and commercial tenants
- Assist with the day-to-day tasks in listing and selling residential properties




- Manage daily tasks in leasing commercial properties
- Attend sales open homes and follow up with potential buyers

The Successful Applicant Will Possess:

- Minimum 1-3 years’ experience preferred but not essential
- Excellent communication and organisational skills
- Passion and drive
- Ability to work cooperatively and independently
- Must have a current Real Estate Certificate or Licence
- Current Driver's Licence
