- Oversee full operational, financial, and clinical management of the facility.
- Lead, mentor, and build capability across nursing, personal care, and support staff.
- Ensure ongoing compliance with Aged Care Quality Standards and regulatory frameworks.
- Manage facility budgets, AN-ACC funding optimization, and occupancy rates.
- Build strong, transparent relationships with residents, families, GPs, and external stakeholders.
What We Are Looking For
- 5+ years of experience managing residential aged care facilities.
- Current, active AHPRA registration as a Division 1 Registered Nurse (RN).
- Comprehensive understanding of Aged Care Quality Standards, compliance, and clinical risk.
- Proven track record in operational management, financial oversight, and team leadership.
- Full time availability and valid Australian working rights.
What We Offer
