Life Without Barriers in Grafton is seeking an Intensive Therapeutic Care Worker (Residential Youth Worker) for casual shifts. You will support children and young people aged 12–17 who have experienced trauma, with the aim of enabling safer, more independent daily living. Roles operate in 24/7 residential homes; roster includes afternoon, sleepover and weekend shifts. Applicants should have a Diploma or relevant experience, and be willing to provide personal care when required.
