What you’ll do

Our RESTAUANT MANAGER takes pride in preparing and serving quick, fresh, and healthy Mexican food with a smile. Setting the highest standard in all areas of the restaurant operations including the customer experience, workplace culture, and financial results.

- Managing your team, including hiring, training, performance reviews, rostering, and resolving any employee issues including grievances
- Ensuring food is prepared, presented, and served to the highest standard.
- Ordering of stock from various suppliers
- Office administration duties such as paperwork, cash handling, payroll
- Compiling, preparing, and maintaining profit and loss statements, budgets, and cost controls with regard to cost of goods and labour
- Managing daily and weekly cleaning of the production areas, dining room, and general restaurant
- Ensuring safety and security standards are recognised and upheld, and that employees are effectively trained in Workplace Health and Safety

What you’ll bring





- Restaurant Management experience in a fast paced QSR DRIVE THRU environment for a MINIMUM of 2 years
- Food Safety Supervisor and First Aid trained MANDATORY
- HIGHLY DESIRABLE skills and experience in stock control and inventory management system
- Passionate about building a positive culture within the restaurant– focused on exceptional customer service, working together, delegating and following up.
- Ability to spot the champions in store to develop into Supervisors and Managers
- Ability to speak clearly and listen attentively to both customers and colleagues
- Ability to maintain a professional, well-groomed, and neat appearance at all times
- Ability to multi-task and adapt to changing customer levels as required
