About The Role We are seeking a full time Retail Assistant to join a busy Mackay store. This is a hands-on, customer-facing role where you will be responsible for assisting customers, assessing products, completing transactions, and ensuring a high standard of service at all times. You will play a key role in building customer relationships, providing clear information, and contributing to the overall performance of the store in a fast-paced environment.

Skills And Experience Previous experience in retail or a customer service-focused role
