Golden Circle Factory Outlet is a clearance grocery store providing high-quality, low-cost groceries from major retailers direct to the public, 7 days a week.
Family owned and operated from 2 Brisbane store locations at Capalaba and Morayfield, we believe our experience in the industry enables us to offer a high standard of customer service to our customers.

Our Trading Hours:
- Monday to Friday: 8.30am to 5.00pm
- Saturday: 8.30am to 4.00pm
- Sunday : 9.00am to 3.00pm
About The Role / Responsibilities:
- Operation of the POS system
- Customer service and assistance
- Fill and merchandise floor stock
- Maintain an awareness of promotions and specials.
- Support the team and contribute to building a team-oriented,
enjoyable work environment
About You:
This position is ideally suited to somebody with a positive, friendly attitude who are driven and keen to explore future possibilities within a family-owned business with the following attributes: -

- Highly motivated and eager to learn
- Excellent listening and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work as part of a team
Skills & Experience:
- Experience using POS System
- Experience working in Retail, Customer Service
- Must be physically fit and able to stand for extended periods.
- Must be able to lift, move and handle boxes of merchandise and fixtures throughout the store.
- Ability to multitask and prioritise tasks to work efficiently and within timelines
- Ability to work as part of a team
Flexibility to work a number of shifts each week, including a weekend shift, is required.
Pay rate is dependent on age and is paid in line with the General Retail Award
