The firm has experienced sustained growth through referrals and long-standing client relationships, creating the need for another experienced Commercial Lawyer to join the team. You'll enjoy genuine autonomy, direct client access and exposure to a broad range of commercial matters in a flexible, high-performing environment.

The Role

You’ll advise a broad range of business clients across matters including:

- Commercial contracts and business agreements
- Business sales and acquisitions
- Corporate and commercial advisory
- Shareholder and business structuring matters
- Commercial leasing
- Employment advice and workplace issues
- General business advisory
- Tax exposure is advantageous, but certainly not essential

About You

You’ll likely have:

- 5–15 years' PAE
- Experience in commercial law gained within a boutique, mid-tier or national firm
- Strong drafting, negotiation and advisory skills
- Confidence managing matters and developing client relationships
- A practical, commercial approach to problem solving
- The ambition to continue developing as a trusted adviser

- Work directly with an ex Top-Tier Managing Partner.
