Far'n'Beyond Ltd. is recruiting a Customer Operations Manager – B2B to lead our UK Sales Support function from Wakefield onsite. You will set the department strategy, align activities with business goals and drive service quality, efficiency and customer satisfaction.

You will manage two Team Leaders and 13 Sales Support Executives, hire and coach talent, resolve escalations, and partner with Sales and Operations to improve processes and revenue. UK resident required.
