Residential Tenancies Authority (RTA) in Brisbane CBD is seeking an experienced Senior Quality & Training Officer to coach the Quality & Training team, design and deliver training, monitor quality standards and drive continuous improvement across the organisation. The role is permanent, full time with flexible working arrangements including up to 60% work from home.

You will partner with leaders to identify capability needs, develop programs, analyse performance trends and support knowledge
