We are currently recruiting an experienced Rail Traction Lead to join a major rail infrastructure project in Brisbane. This is an exciting opportunity to play a key role in the delivery of a high-profile rail electrification program that forms part of Queensland's long-term transport infrastructure investment leading into 2032.

Location- Brisbane, QLD

Duration- Permanent, Full-time

Salary- $210,000 - $230,000

Responsibilities

- Lead the planning, coordination, and delivery of rail electrification works, ensuring compliance with project, safety, and quality requirements.
- Manage project programs, subcontractors, stakeholders, budgets, and performance reporting to support successful project outcomes.
- Provide leadership and mentoring to project teams while promoting a team-oriented, inclusive, and safety-focused culture.

Required Experience





- Bachelor of Engineering or relevant qualification
- Demonstrated experience delivering traction power and rail electrification projects, including HV substations, feeder systems, and associated rail electrical infrastructure.
- Experience managing engineering deliverables, stakeholders, project teams and commercial responsibilities.
- Demonstrated knowledge of SHEQ requirements and risk management.
- Australian Working Rights – PR, Citizen or current visa
