About the role
We're seeking an experienced Senior Contract Manager to join a leading infrastructure organisation in Brisbane on an initial 4-month contract.
Key responsibilities
- Lead the day-to-day management of major service and maintenance contracts, ensuring commercial, contractual and compliance obligations are met.
- Provide expert advice on contract performance, claims, variations, risks and dispute resolution.
- Build robust relationships with internal teams, service providers and external stakeholders to drive collaboration and outcomes.
- Monitor supplier performance, KPIs and governance requirements, ensuring compliance with contractual frameworks.
- Identify opportunities to improve processes, reduce risk and deliver greater value across contract operations.
- Prepare high-quality reports, presentations and contract documentation for senior stakeholders.
About you
- Proven experience managing complex, performance-based contracts in a senior contract management or contract supervision role.
- Strong understanding of contract administration, commercial risk management and governance frameworks.
- Exceptional stakeholder management, negotiation and influencing skills.
- Highly organised with strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment,
managing multiple priorities and deadlines.
