We are hiring a Casual Test Administrator at Pearson Professional Centres, 31 Macquarie Street, Parramatta NSW 2150.

Our ideal candidate demonstrates teamwork and is available to work shifts across weekdays (Monday to Friday) and weekends (Saturday and Sunday). Operating hours are between 7 am and 11 pm. The position offers an attractive pay rate of $37.13.

Responsibilities

- Provide exceptional customer service and maintain a secure exam delivery environment.
- Comply with all testing procedures and strictly adhere to company policies.
- Check and verify candidate’s identification against test registration and assist them in setting up for the test.
- Explain exam procedures and proctoring/invigilate candidates while testing.
- Troubleshoot with internal departments to resolve technical issues.
- Escalate any policy breaches immediately to relevant business personnel.
- Complete light housekeeping duties such as vacuuming floors and sanitizing keyboards after each candidate finishes their examination.
- Perform other ad hoc duties as directed.

Qualifications

- High school diploma or equivalent is required.
- Minimum of 1 year customer service experience is preferred.
- Experience proctoring or invigilating exams is highly desirable.
- Beginner to intermediate experience with Microsoft Office (Word,



Excel, Outlook).
- Must be able to sit for long periods, bend, and lift up to 20 lbs independently.
- Must be comfortable in a quiet testing environment, able to hear soft voices and see details from a distance.
