Remedial Building Foreperson / Supervisor | Brisbane

Lead remedial construction projects with a growing and highly regarded contractor.

Our client is seeking an experienced Remedial Building Foreperson / Supervisor to oversee building remediation and repair projects across Brisbane and Southeast Queensland. This is a hands‑on leadership role responsible for managing site operations, coordinating trades and subcontractors, maintaining safety standards, and ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to a high standard of quality.

The Role

Working across a variety of remedial and building repair projects, you will take ownership of day-to-day site activities while maintaining strong relationships with clients, consultants, subcontractors and internal stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage and supervise remedial construction projects on site
- Coordinate subcontractors, suppliers and daily site operations
- Ensure projects are delivered safely, efficiently and to specification
- Monitor programme, budgets, project progress and site productivity
- Identify and resolve construction issues and project risks
- Liaise with clients, engineers, consultants and project stakeholders
- Organise site logistics, labour, plant and materials
- Maintain compliance with WHS requirements and company procedures
- Provide leadership, mentoring and support to site teams

About You

To be successful in this role, you will possess:





- Minimum 5 year's experience in a Site Supervisor, Foreperson or similar leadership role
- Previous experience within remedial, refurbishment or building construction projects
- Strong understanding of remedial construction methodologies and site practices
- Proven ability to lead site teams and subcontractors effectively
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Strong organisational and problem-solving abilities
- Commitment to quality workmanship and safety standards
- Relevant trade qualification (preferred)
- Current Driver's Licence
- Current First Aid and CPR certification
