About the Role

As a Case Coordinator , you'll be based in Lockhart River and at the heart of supporting participants on their employment journey.

Every day is different. You'll work one-on-one with participants, helping them overcome barriers, develop skills, connect with opportunities, and move towards sustainable employment. You'll also work closely with employers, community stakeholders, and your team to deliver high-quality services while meeting program requirements.

This is a rewarding role for someone who enjoys working with people, solving problems, and seeing the positive impact of their work firsthand. The position involves case management, participant engagement and administration.

What You'll Be Doing





You'll play an key role in delivering quality employment services by:

- Supporting participants through personalised case management
- Building trusted relationships with participants, employers and community stakeholders
- Coordinating appointments, activities and employment pathways
- Maintaining accurate records and ensuring compliance with RAES requirements
- Using case management systems to monitor participant progress
- Working collaboratively with colleagues to achieve strong employment outcomes

What You'll Bring

We're looking for someone who is:

- Passionate about helping people achieve their goals
- A strong communicator with excellent interpersonal skills
- Organised, adaptable and solutions-focused
- Able to build respectful relationships with Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander people and communities
- Experienced in employment services, community services, case management or a similar field
- Comfortable using Microsoft Office and case management systems
- Able to work independently while contributing to a collaborative team
- Committed to delivering high-quality customer service and positive outcomes.
- Current Driver Licence
- Working with Children Blue Card (or ability to obtain)
- National Police Check (or ability to obtain)
- Ability to travel and work across remote Cape York communities as required.
