PRIMARY DUTIES

- 3. Develop, improve, and maintain Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), Work Instructions, and other quality documents.
- 4. Test and analyse raw materials, manufactured and purchased goods to ensure they meet our stringent quality standards.
- 5. Collaborate with chemists or formulation specialists on new product scale‑ups, raw material substitutions, and trial productions.
- 6. Drive process improvements, conduct audits, and be actively involved in quality and production‑related processes.
- 7. Assist in the investigation and resolution of quality‑related issues, aiming for best practice outcomes.
- 8. Conduct quality audits to support continuous improvement within our facilities.
