About the role:

- Develop a strong team culture that encourages success and minimises staff turnover
- Create a profit orientated environment managing all aspects of the dealership including finance & insurance, parts & accessories, service department, new and used motorcycle sales
- Identify opportunities for growth within the industry and maintain manufacturer relationships
- Ensure company policies and procedures are adhered to including workplace health & safety, sales processes and human resources
- Staff training and development including performance management reviews
- Work closely with marketing department to plan dealership specific events and promotions

About you:

- You will have a proven background in sales, sales management and/or finance & insurance sales within an automotive dealership
- Strong communication skills are essential as your role is to provide leadership, training,



and direction to the team members under your guidance
- Meticulously organised with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
- Excel at customer service, maximising customer satisfaction, retention and loyalty.
