We are seeking an Onsite Supervisor to join our client’s Craigieburn facility. You will oversee Onsite Consultants and warehouse staff, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations on a 7am–6pm rotating roster.
Reporting to operations leadership, you will address IR/ER matters, uphold safety protocols, and drive performance across a fast-paced, high-volume setting. A proactive, communicative leader eager to develop talent will thrive in this role.
