Seed Heritage is looking for an experienced hands-on manager who is across all aspects of our retail business. From stocktake to sales reporting you will lead our teams by example and take our Victorian state to the next level. As an Assistant State Manager, you will have strong people leadership skills with a results-driven mindset.

A strong retail management background including multi-site management, an understanding of concession business in conjunction with your ability to implement change, will enable you to drive our profitable business to its next level. Seeking an operational leader who thrives in a dynamic workplace, looking after 60 sites across Victoria, you will hit the ground running and bring a passionate, vibrant energy to the role. About The Role Accountability for the sales, wages and shrinkage targets for the state

Hands on approach in daily operations and reporting functions alongside the State Manage

Working alongside the VM team in order to implement and maintain VM Guidelines

Supervision and nurturing of Seed Heritage staff. Providing guidance and training in rostering shrinkage and budgets

HR Management, recruitment, staff performance and wage control

Effectively manage stock across all stores to maximize sales opportunities

Communicating and implementing business initiatives from Head Office across all stores

Following up on administration from Head Office and In Store To Be Successful, You Will Have Minimum 5 years’ multi-site management experience with a fashion apparel retailer - an understanding of concession business is highly regarded





Successful sales track records and the ability to measure and drive KPI’s

Exceptional focus on driving expert customer service within your state

Demonstrated experience in stock control and management

Excellent written, interpersonal and verbal communication skills

Ability to lead our brand by example and manage teams

Possess good time management and organisational skills
