About the role: Retail Team Leader's demonstrate their emerging leadership abilities, particularly in creating appealing & stimulating shopping experiences for Repco customers & sharing that knowledge with their team. It's a perfect opportunity to showcase exceptional merchandising & presentation skills.

The successful candidate will require to have availability from Tuesday to Saturday.

Other expectations include:





- Always display & enforce a safety culture to ensure your safety, and that of your teammates & customers
- Prior experience working in large format retail stores, focusing on displays, planograms & promotions
- Multitasking & prioritisation skills
- Leadership abilities (emerging or established) & ambition
- Availability to work Tuesday to Saturday.
- Possess a valid driver's licence (manual preferred) to assist with deliveries from time-to-time
- Passion for the automotive industry & Repco products (ideal)
