As a Retail Team Member, you will have the opportunity to create, support, and contribute to a high performance culture, ensuring that great customer experience is enabled across the store, including:

Helping across a number of areas within out stores from customer facing to our back of house

Providing a high level of customer service standards including pre, during and post the sale

Contributing to the JB Hi-Fi brand and store experience by assisting with merchandising of all products on the sales floor

Supporting the efficient delivery and processing of stock into store, following store receiving processes

Qualifications

You have a passion for home entertainment, music, movies, technology, appliances and/or games

Enthusiastic, passionate and highly motivated

Customer focus and result driven

You will be able to communicate effectively with a diverse group of people
