In this role, you'll:

Work closely with the Contracts and Revenue Optimisation Lead / Manager, to help manage project plans, contract milestones, payment schedules, reporting requirements, and supplier performance, while supporting continuous improvement in contract delivery and revenue outcomes.

Work with leadership to maintain and develop where appropriate dashboards and reporting tools that support contract performance monitoring and decision-making.

Assist with preparation of briefing notes and other documents/ presentations as. required

Support the effective management of contracts by assisting with supplier coordination, revenue tracking, and performance monitoring to ensure contractual obligations are achieved and contract administration and financial outcomes are maximised.

Assist in monitoring supplier performance, including achievement of revenue targets, asset utilisation rates, and service delivery outcomes.

About you

You will have experience of having worked in a commercial environment or organisation

You will have a demonstrated experience in contract management and administration , or supplier coordination, ideally within infrastructure or transport environments and possibly with exposure to a government setting.





You will have strong financial acumen, including experience monitoring budgets, tracking revenue, and analysing performance data.

You will have a practical understanding of risk management, compliance frameworks, and reporting processes

You will have robust stakeholder engagement and communication skills, with the ability to work collaboratively across internal teams and external suppliers.

You will have the ability to manage competing priorities, maintain accurate records, and support operational delivery in a fast-paced environment.

You will have tertiary qualifications in business, commerce, finance, or a related discipline
