Key Responsibilities - Ensure the safety, wellbeing, and development of every child - Deliver high-quality educational programs aligned with the Early Years Learning Framework - Create meaningful, engaging interactions that support lifelong learning - Document children’s learning and development using digital platforms - Mentor and support team members in delivering quality practice - Build strong, respectful partnerships with families - Communicate effectively about children’s progress and development About You - Bachelor of Early Childhood Teaching/Education - A valid VIT registration & WWCC - Minimum 2 years’ experience in an early childhood teaching role (3‑5YO)
