Ventia is looking for a Cleaning Team Leader to lead a team across Youth Justice sites in Parkville, Little River and Malmsbury.

Position: Cleaning Team Leader

Contract: Permanent Full-Time

Start date: ASAP

Location: Parkville, Little River and Malmsbury, VIC

Pay: From $33.87 per hour plus allowances, penalties and super

Roster: Wednesday to Sunday | 6:45 PM – 2:21 AM

What you'll be doing?

You'll lead three teams across multiple sites, making sure high standards never slip.

Your Day Might Include

- Leading and supporting cleaning teams across three Youth Justice facilities
- Carrying out quality inspections and audits
- Delivering toolbox talks and on-the-job coaching
- Assisting with shift coverage when needed
- Completing reporting and administrative tasks
- Working closely with site management
- Rolling up your sleeves and helping the team when the pressure is on

Think of yourself as part coach, part problem solver and part quality champion.

What You'll Bring

- Experience as a Cleaning Supervisor, Team Leader or similar
- Strong knowledge of commercial cleaning equipment, chemicals and processes
- Experience conducting inspections, audits or quality checks
- Great communication and organisational skills
- Confidence using computers and digital systems
- Full VIC Driver's Licence
- Current Working With Children Check and Police Check
