Key Responsibilities
- Provide daily IT support for offices, including deployment, configuration, and procurement of IT and AV systems, hardware, software and infrastructure within the office.
- Troubleshoot and manage issues related to Windows and macOS operating systems, and assist users with common system and application problems.
- Maintain and manage company network devices, including routers, switches, and firewalls, ensuring reliable network operations (including VPN).
- Configure and support office equipment such as CCTV systems, printers, door access and projectors.
- Work with the security team with office security,data backup and recovery to ensure data integrity and availability.
- Perform routine inspection and maintenance of IT equipment.
- support onboarding and IT training for new employees.
- Handle IT service tickets, follow up on user feedback,
and resolve technical issues in a timely manner.
- Manage IT assets, tracking hardware and software usage across the organization.
- Oversee & project manage rollout of IT infrastructure upgrades. Manage creation of IT and IS procedure and policy development, implementation and updates.
- Perform other tasks assigned by management.
Requirements:
- Diploma or Bachelor's degree in relevant fields such as Information Technology or Computer Science required.
- Minimum 3 years of IT experience in multinational offices environments.
- Strong knowledge of Windows/Mac OS, networking, and Active Directory.
- Abilities to utilize AI in daily work and promote AI adoption further in the organization
- Good skill of Operating Systems: Windows Server, Windows OS, macOS, iOS, Android and Office Tools: Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, outlook, etc.)
- Familiarity with IT service management practices (incident, request, change, asset management)
- Maintaining clear documentation, guidelines, and instructions for IT services and support processes;
- Proficiency in Mandarin and fluent English to working with Chinese speaking stakeholders
Nice to Have
- Hands-on experience with servers such as AD,DNS,DHCP and Microsoft 365 Admin Portal
- Practical experience with L2–L3 switches and firewall configuration
