We’re seeking an experienced Senior Property Manager to come on board to run a well maintained portfolio. This role is ideal for someone who values strong relationships, genuine support, and a leadership team that actually gets involved and has your back.

About the Role

You’ll manage a quality residential portfolio with the backing of a fully resourced team. As the Senior PM, you’ll be the communication lead, decision maker, and performance driver within the portfolio.

For an experienced Senior Property Manager wanting to move in the next step, there is an opportunity for the portfolio to become a POD and for you to step into a POD Leader role. Also some Work From Home opportunity.

Key Responsibilities

- End to end management of a residential portfolio
- Owner communication and relationship management
- Lease renewal negotiations and rent reviews
- Maintenance coordination and approvals
- Routine inspections and compliance management
- Arrears management and tenancy performance monitoring
- Contributing to continuous improvement across the department

Your Support Team

- Business Development Manager – handles new managements and smooth handovers
- Leasing Consultant – manages opens, applications, and marketing
- Virtual Assistant (VA) – supports admin, documentation,



and workflow tasks
- Hands On General Manager – provides operational guidance, legislative support, and problem solving when needed

This is a genuinely supported Senior PM role.

- POD Leader – oversee a team, lead performance, and drive operational excellence
