Service Adviser / Sales Coordinator - Parafield Gardens

Power Tech Tuning is looking for someone to run the front of our Parafield Gardens workshop, full time.

You'll be the first voice a customer hears and the person who turns an enquiry into a booked job. Someone rings about a cam package for their VE, or an ECU tune for their Golf R, and it's on you to work out what they actually need, quote it properly, order the parts, and get the car in the diary. Then you follow up the ones who didn't book.

We're a Holden and HSV performance workshop expanding into European tuning as an authorised Evolve Technik dealer, so this role covers both sides of the business: LS builds and hardware on one hand, ECU and TCU calibration for Audi, BMW, Mercedes-Benz, Porsche and Volkswagen on the other. You'll be the person who can talk a customer through either.

The day to day:

- Handling incoming sales calls, emails and enquiries, and following up leads that haven't closed
- Preparing accurate quotes on performance parts and labour from our parts catalogue
- Ordering parts from suppliers and tracking them through to the job
- Booking work in, keeping customers updated, and managing the counter and front of house admin
- Keeping enquiry and customer records tidy so nothing falls through the cracks

What we're after:





- Experience in an automotive service adviser, parts interpreter, or workshop sales role, or strong sales experience with genuine car knowledge
- Comfortable quoting and talking numbers with customers without needing to check every time
- Organised under interruption, because the phone rings while you're mid-quote
- Confident with computers and happy to work in a CRM and quoting system
- Current driver's licence

Handy, not essential:

knowledge of Holden and HSV performance parts, LS platforms, or experience with European performane cars and ECU Tuning. Solid on one and curious about the other is fine. We'll train yoou on the rest.
