Job Description
Opportunities currently exist for Process Workers to join our busy production team in Smeaton Grange. You will be responsible to work towards achieving production targets while working effectively and efficiently towards strict food quality standards.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Working in fast‑paced production lines, ensuring quality and reliability
- Awareness and high regards in food safety, and quality assurance
- Work in a cold room environment (2oC - 4oC)
- Working closely with the team to ensure machines are running effectively
Desired Skills And Experience
Previous machine operator or packer experience desirable but not essential; strong work ethic and punctuality with reliable transport.
The role is manual and repetitive in nature therefore physical fitness is a must.
Skills and Requirements
- Ability to work at a very fast pace with a focus on achieving KPI’s
- Previous experience within FMCG or Manufacturing is highly desirable
- Adaptable shift options available:
- 3:00 AM to 11:00 AM
- 11:00 AM start, Finish time varies based on operational needs.
- 6:30 AM – 2:30 PM or 3:00 PM
- 2:18 PM or 2:30 PM start – Finish time varies based on operational needs.
Must be 18 years or older for health and safety requirements.
