Job Title: Supervisor
Location: Letra House, Sydney CBD
Employment Type: Full-time
Reports to: Restaurant Manager

About Us

Letra House is a 50-seat late-night wine bar tucked away in a cobblestoned Kent Street laneway, below Italian diner Palazzo Salato. Named after the building’s former identity, “Letraset House,” the venue is a spiritual successor to the beloved La Salut in Redfern.

Our wine list is a tight, rotating selection of around 50 bottles, all available by the glass, showcasing wines made with integrity from Australia, Europe and beyond. Executive chef Scott McComas-Williams delivers a fun Spanish-influenced tapas menu featuring an ever-changing lineup of classic, and not so classic, Iberian dishes.

The Role

As a Supervisor at Letra House, you’ll be the right hand to our management team and a mentor to our service staff. You’ll oversee daily operations, uphold quality and service standards, and step in to solve challenges with a calm, guest-first approach. If you thrive in a rapid-paced, people-centered environment, this is your opportunity to grow with us.

1–2 years of supervisory or team lead experience in a restaurant, café, or hospitality setting

Genuine passion for service and creating memorable guest moments

Strong communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills
