Job Title: Supervisor

About Us
Letra House is a 50-seat late-night wine bar tucked away in a cobblestoned Kent Street laneway, below Italian diner Palazzo Salato. Named after the building’s former identity, “Letraset House,” the venue is a spiritual successor to the beloved La Salut in Redfern.
Our wine list is a tight, rotating selection of around 50 bottles, all available by the glass, showcasing wines made with integrity from Australia, Europe and beyond. Executive chef Scott McComas-Williams delivers a fun Spanish-influenced tapas menu featuring an ever-changing lineup of classic, and not so classic, Iberian dishes.
