With a strong pipeline ahead, the business is expanding its corporate functions and is now seeking a proactive Paralegal to support its in‑house legal team in a dynamic, high‑impact setting.

Responsibilities

- Reviewing routine agreements, preparing drafts, updating templates and assisting with negotiation materials
- Managing deadlines, tracking progress across workstreams and ensuring timely access to required information
- Analysing legislation, summarising regulatory updates and preparing concise briefing notes
- Maintaining organised filing systems, ensuring version control and supporting accurate internal records
- Scheduling meetings, preparing materials, coordinating with external advisers and assisting with daily operational needs
- Refining workflows, updating internal procedures and contributing to initiatives that enhance legal team efficiency

Requirements

- Foundational legal training with experience in paralegal, legal assistant or junior legal support roles.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to manage competing priorities.
- Proficiency with legal documents including drafting, reviewing and redlining.
- Effective communication skills and confidence liaising with internal and external stakeholders.
- Ability to work on‑site as required and contribute positively to team culture.
